If I'm using portal profits for all the Statutes, do I need any Inspirations for anything?

I think there might be a quest in the chapter which wants you to have a certain number of Meditation Circles.

I never bothered to do the Improved Meditation Circles research until I needed a quest a few chapters a chapter later. I just never bothered with them. But yeah, if you like to do all the quests, then you would want them.
