Empty maps/abandoned city neighbors

What can players do when they have little to no map neighbors?
In one of my cities, I was moved & I have a few neighbors that have abandoned their cities and in two of my cities, I have a neighbor with a pornographic name that I can't bring myself to visit.
A member in one of my fellowships was moved from a very active area of the map to a total wasteland. He literally has ONE neighbor. The rest of the map is completely empty and he is in Chapter 3. By the end of the chapter, he may get one or two more neighbors, but he is unhappy that he was moved from an area where he had neighbors everywhere and they all helped him in return.

The pornographic name should be reported. They'll either have them change it or delete the account. The person who got dumped in the wasteland should also file a report. I doubt they can do anything today, but every piece of data is useful in getting them to fix it. The devs pay virtually no attention to these forums.

Hello, I'm having a problem in the fellowship I have created. The appointed Archmage are none responsive. How can I delete a none responsive Archmage? Right now, I have 20 members in fellowship. Is there a way you can help us? We want To elect our leaders, so we can get our team working back to action. Thank you. Luzpaz

Try reporting it using the in game reporting tool and ask them to remove the inactive player. If that fails, you might just have to leave and start a new fellowship together.

Besides what Ashrem said, it is worth noting that anyone who is happy with their neighborhood should UNcheck the box "Allow automatic movement to a better position". It is located under "options" in your settings menu.

This assumes that your neighbors don't all leave in a round of player movement leaving you alone in your neighbourhood.

My map has pretty much filled up with new cities. I only have three coin cities left. They look like new players/new cities, so we'll see how many actually stick around to play. There are a ton of cities to expand out to as well. Looking pretty good so far!!

There is nothing you can do with abandon players or inactive players as Elvenar staff says inactive players maybe once a month players due to many issues in their lives or they have moved on to other more interesting games. Anyway you look at it you just have to deal with inactive players by moving along the map to find more active players however, even when you find active players doesn't mean they will help you. Once players start a FS they often will not bother with outsiders like my self unless you give them help daily then they may return the favor but nothing is written in stone. I do not use FS because I do not think leader should get homage from its members while the leader sits back and collects the goodies therefore, i stay away from FS and go it alone which I do OK; if you find me on all world maps I will help.

I think if your leader is sitting back and collecting anything, it's a terrible fellowship. Our leader doesn't get anything everybody else doesn't.

How does a leader sit back and collect anything? Ours has a lot more work than everybody else AND will bend over backwards to take trades from us skewed way in our direction if we need it.

Other than from you, I have never even heard of a FS that taxes its members.

I think if you found a good FS you would see that it is exactly the opposite then what you think. Most FS's go out of there way to help each other so everyone can get ahead in the game. The lower members usually get more help then the top members, because they need it and the higher members have more to give. If you were in a FS that wasn't like that then it wasn't a very good one and there are lots of good ones out there!

I assume you mean the dumped in the wilds thing? Because I reported a vulgar name and the city was gone within a day or two.

No, I meant the names. I just checked my map and they're all gone. Guess they did do something after all. I check my world map so infrequently it's easy to miss that.

As an ArchMage, there have been times, that I have almost bankrupted myself or waited longer for my stuff to be done, just so I could help a fellow member complete something that they are trying to finish-such as an AW that is almost done. I would feel neglectful if I didn't play/participate daily.
