    Distrusting everyone doesn't invalidate what I wrote. It is hard to see the devs and event planners as not knowing about these research or scout quests being difficult (as in several days of timers to complete), when many times in the past these quests were thrown out before going live.

    You can look at the chart. The levels lower than 35 all got some reduction, but level 35 is the same amount.

    Not sure what you mean. The spell fragment reduction has been on live for quite some time.

    This is a major problem for new accounts. You start Elvenar and then you have to play catch up for every evolving event released before you came. I don't know of too many games that penalize new players like this. Having to now use CCs and SFs on wonder leveling makes the situation even worse.
