Release Notes



Dear Humans and Elves,

We will have a temporary downtime on Thursday, November 15, in order to roll out version 1.67 onto our servers. Please check back for any further updates regarding this release.

During the expected downtime, you will not be able to access the game. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

New Features



  • You can now select text from chat and messages with your mouse, which makes it a lot easier to copy text from one place to the other (using ctrl+c and ctrl+v). And, to make this even better: it works in both the Flash- and HTML5 clients!

Improvements



  • Buildings with expiring effects will now have the banner showing the time left until the effect expires in the same place, to make it more convenient to find the information you're looking for if you have several of these buildings.

Bug Fixes



As with every update, we've resolved a number of bugs, among which:

  • Sound - Music now continues playing continuously if you're playing with music enabled.

Mobile



Note: the app version of the update is released separately from the browser version.

  • We've improved the way several parts of the game are being loaded and (temporarily) stored, to make the app perform smoother.
  • Images of many quest-related characters are now loaded on demand, making the initial download size of the app and updates smaller.
  • Buildings - Coins are now listed before Supplies in building upgrade windows, like other places of the game.
  • User Interface - The icon for Silk Relics is now consistently used in all places in which it appears.
  • Fellowship Adventure - The icon to open the overview of Fellowship Adventure items is now easier to open on Mobile during a Fellowship Adventure.
  • Amuni - It's now more clearly indicated that the Goldsmith and Trap Makers need a connection to Residences and Workshops respectively.
  • Orc Rally Point - The upgrade tab of the Orc Rally Point now shows its benefits correctly.
  • Ancient Wonders - Spending Rune Shards in an Ancient Wonder is now shown correctly in the Ancient Wonder menu.
