    Whether they are or not doesn't diminish the observation that it just might not be so easy everywhere. FAs are a one size fits all with the badge requirements set to make it challenging at the top of the food chain. Those further down the food chain may not find so easy. Both observations are valid.

    Are you sure it says per level? When I mouse over the archers all it says is Armory and the number shown is the total value for all my armories. According to the Wiki, armories at level 41 are worth +830 to training size each. Do you have a screenshot?
