    heh.. with the over night bonus used to get the loots, my main city actually got the second ev base. (which hasnt happened in ages.) While my second city just got the last artifact. - Same completion and everything else with each other. - Thats just how varied the bonus currencies always are.

    personal preference more then a complaint, (And the least of my worries), but i do with the 'spend/donate kp' quests would stick to multiples of 5. I personally find this spend '12' a bit annoying. Tho again, not a real problem, just a preference.

    this has been fairly common in live servers. Iv mentioned it on several events where the last artifact was 260 and the silver league (top 5%) was 260+. Meaning only 5% of the player base got the last artifact for w/e building it was. And thats the two numbers i watch for.

    Only 1-78 up atm since its still going on in beta. The 'buy kp' is less then it usually is. Should be zero imo. But ill note its less the normal. Only one mandatory world map encounter quest. Again, should be zero. But notably far less then normal. 'solve or scout' quest is a poor pairing...
