    Feedback Spire Changes and new rewards

    That is my experience as well. As designed they should only be used on third attempt and only when using it WINs. Too many people think you have to "brute force" wins when catering. Often abandoning a bad try and trying again is the correct strategy (especially now that diamonds are dearer).
