    In two of my worlds I was cleaning up buildings I didn't want and accidentally disenchanted the carnival event building, the Everblossom sleigh. I thought it was just a culture/population building like some of the others in the event. Now I don't know of any way to get it back, so the evolves...

    In every city I have, when I add up all of my points from culture buildings, all of them have much more than is shown under "Available Culture", some with more than 70% not being reported. See my earlier bug submission for one city, titled "Missing Culture".
