  1. New quests for early chapters

    I've tried several new towns and find that the quests in the chapters 1 & 2 really should be adapted since they push players to overextend without any warning of the consequenses. So in both chapters I'd like to see some quests added like : keep your scout home for 8 hours keep your scout home...

    So I'm wondering if building the ToS was a mistake... The supplies from scouting are fairly low, and 1 KP per day is kinda low (max level gives 3) IMO this wonder needs to be moved to the cliffs, or buffed in some way. As is I just don't see it being worth 4x4 space. Do the Devs often tweak...
