[12802] All Culture reading as Enchanted

Doing visits this evening in Khelonaar, I noticed that when I moused over culture buildings in the cities I visited, every single one indicated it was Enchanted, giving a 5% culture bonus when polished. Obviously this cannot be - is this a bug?

I've also seen it in Arendell, Elcysandir, and Felyndral. It makes determining what cultural buildings are spelled impossible.
