[18827] Quest Portaits Disapering

Using Firefox- FA quest-giver portraits keep disappearing and only reappearing when I refresh the page.

Known issue.
Refreshing is best way to fix it.

I also realized going into Tech tree or the Event, then returning to City, sometimes fixes the issue. But after the Icon reappears, you can't click on it. Hovering over it shows what it is, but can't click to open and view more details.
