You can write Support but it is rare for them to change a username. There are special circumstances under which this will occur:
If the word or words are considered foul or abusive you may report another player. I do caution anyone against using this in all but the most stringent of circumstances, because there is an issue of freedom of expression.
You may apply to change your own name if it identifies you in real life. I have a neighbour who uses his postal code and I could ask around that community and track him or her down pretty quickly if I so chose. This option would likely be your best bet.
