adding new fellowship members to old messages

We have very useful message threads that new members cannot get how do you include them in a old message thread?

I think, if it's addressed to the whole fellowship, the new members will get it the next time a comment is made on it.

Just do not delete it. If you have a member who deletes an FS thread, they cannot access it again, no matter who replies on it.

We always add a "Bump for new member" comment to these types of messages whenever we get a new member.
