"Special offer purchases" written right there in same line. Some ads are for Diamonds, Expansion sales etc.

Diamond sales are at random intervals and never happen at the same time for everyone, so if one popped up for someone with all these other specials, it is just a coincidence and not planned. Everyone gets the expansion sales at the same time, usually in the final week of an event, so I doubt anyone has one of those right now because everyone would also have it.

As for the building sale, the Orc Ship will make orcs when bought in, or upgraded to, chapter 8. So if anyone has the spare diamonds and wants orcs as soon as they are in chapter 8, it could be good buy, depending on current chapter.

The orcs nests have the same orc production per square, less culture but they also dont need RRs to upgrade. They can just be re-crafted.

Yeah, I will confess to a bit of paranoia with regard building availability. I have 11 chapter 7 orcs nests...you know just incase
