Advent Candle not Available for Some Players

    Quest title: n/a

    Current situation: Multiple players in my fellowships, on all US servers, have not received the Advent Candle offer yet. They have all tried refreshing, removing cache/cookies, etc. and nothing has worked.

    The Advent Candle offer just showed up for all of our members in my groups, that hadn't received them yet!!! Yay!!!
