Current situation:
Buildings in my city won't load. Started happening a few days ago. I figured out that if I set the buildings to the lowest quality setting, so that no animations occur, they show back up.
Expected situation:
Buildings and animations occur as usual.
Reproduction Steps
1. Load game with buildings set to medium or high quality
Add more steps if needed. Include only ONE action for each step!
