All goods "0" after server outage

Upon logging into the game after the server outage just a few minutes ago, all goods (marble, planks, etc.) are all "0" though I had dozens of each before the outage.

Progress in the manufacturing of marble, planks, etc., was not effected and is correct, as well as progress in upgrading buildings.
