Allow Previous Visuals Of Evolved Items

Maybe this has been suggested before...

I noticed that the evolutions of the sleigh look really good but some previous stages of it look way better to me.

Would be nice to be able to select which stage is visible, for any such evolved etc buildings.

Side benefit would be... more unique looks between cities.

I've begged for skins for years.
The same as OP idea and for factories/barracks etc. anything the same size should be easy.
Such an easy revenue source, I don't understand why they haven't done this yet.
