Ancient Rune?

I just got a quest to have one ancient rune. What is this and how do I find one?

That is a new culture building (?) that you can place in your city. To find it, click the building tab at the bottom of your city, next, click the culture tab, and it is the first culture building(?) you can buy with coins and supplies on page two.

It's a storyline quest, so it's non-declinable. There are many storyline quests that require you to build certain cultural buildings (holy codex, temple of ages, etc). Build the building so the quest accomplishes then if you don't like it, sell it. But keep whining if you want to, like that's going to solve anything :rolleyes:
