Armories...Effect of removing lower level buildings

I have 6 armories: one 20*, two 11* and three 8*. In order to make room to upgrade another to 20*, I'm thinking of selling or teleporting one or more of the 8*.

What effect will that have on my training size? Smaller of course, but how much? Better to sell or teleport?

Sell. You are not going to want 6 fully developed armories.
Personally I'd sell all the 8's and upgrade the others.

As far as training size. You already know what you get from a 20, just multiply that times 3 and you know where you'll end up by upgrading those 11s.
