I really like that the arrow keys move the map around when in world view, but would be so much better if the same logic applied to the city view (aka using the arrow keys scrolled/navigated the city).

Arrow Keys Don't navigate city, but do on map inconsistency

When I first discovered that arrow keys moved the world map around, I was disappointed that it took me over 100 provinces before learning that. Now I can't live without it. (I've already scouted 2 provinces by accident by misclicking the mouse on a new province.)
I was then further disappointed that it doesn't work in the city. This would be a great change to the user interface.
