Druid Junction is a Fellowship best suited for self-motivated players who appreciate a fellowship that supports both driven players and those with life needs to alternate periods of active growth or events, and other life priorities.
We quite intentionally do NOT have detailed rules or requirements that some high performance FS's impose, yet we get badges for Spire and Tourney every week, have FS and individual ranking points from FA and Tourney (sporadic Top 100 and Top 50), and in last FA ranked above the numbers 1 and 3 FS's on US2/Win. We do have cities with substantial resources, a culture of helping each other on AW's without formal ritual rules, and a level of game and strategic knowledge that comes from several players with Beta cities, and admin and content publishing work behind the scenes of private and public game help sites.
DJ is looking to replace a few members who were strong players, but who quit Elvenar in dealing with a pandemic upending lives. We favor long term stable members over transients, and brutal honesty over marketing hype, but have members whose backgrounds are in small business ownership, social service organizations, and professional services, also including engineering through arts.
