We got this on EN Forum too.
If you'd read the Beta Forum you would know that apparently it was quite foolish of you to plant the new Snowy Owl before the powers that be finished 'improving' it.
See how the mods keep telling us that many things are linked, and stop asking for the ability to store things that affect city Stats? Looks like they were right
