When logging into Elvenar I am getting through to chosing a world and then when I do that I get a dark blue screen. Like only the background is being sent and nothing else.

Please right click on the gear wheel at the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and choose Support in the drop down menu. We will be able to assist you further.

Have you ever gotten past the blue screen? Your symptoms could be explained by a disabled Flash addon, so that would be worth checking.
