"Build (X) Quest Not Finishing" is not Fixed

Hi,
The issue with the building/upgrading quests not registering a finished building when offline is listed under the Fixed Issues. Unfortunately it´s not fixed, at least not for me and the 2 other people that responded after the ´fixed´ message was posted. Whenever a building/upgrade completes when the game is offline the quests still do not register it. Here´s my info:

Game version: v1.14.5-(cb8e0bc)
Browser + version: Mozilla Firefox
Flash Player version: 23.0
Operating System: Windows 7
Screen resolution: 1366 x 768
Account name: Floripa80
Humans or Elves: Elves

Reproducibility: 5/5 = happens always

Quest title: For example: Complete 1 Manufactory Upgrade to level 6 or higher

Current situation:
When offline the quest does not register when building or upgrade is complete

Expected situation:
When offline the quest does register when building or upgrade is complete

Reproduction Steps
1. Have a building / upgrade quest active
2. Start building / upgrading
3. Go offline
4. Stay off line longer than the required building/upgrade time
5. Go online and check to see the building/upgrade is complete, but the quest is not.

We are aware that quests are still having issues and are requesting that players contact support if they experience any issues with quests. Our development team is aware of this issue, and are actively working on getting it repaired.

Thanks for you reply Aider. I don´t want to be a wise ass, but shouldn´t this issue go back to the Confirmed bugs then instead of being on the Fixed issues list? That way people can quickly see the devs are still working on it...

There are many quests that are not working properly, that report and JIRA ref was for a particular quest. We will test if that quest is still not working correctly though.
