It would be nice to add an extra builder(s) to any upgrade you are working on. If you have 2 builders working on an upgrade, cut the time to build in half, with 3, to 1/3rd, 4 to 1/4 and 5 to 1/5.

I like this, I would also like to add, a way which we could use our idle builder to help people who belong to our fellowship.

It would be great to be able to go to a member of my fellowship and either build or assist in upgrading a building using my supplies or a portion of the supplies needed to build. So if 4 members chipped in, then the member and 4 helpers would split the cost and time to build 5 ways.
