Building old portals

With INNO changing the Tournament formula, many of us would like to go back and complete optional squad upgrades. Some require guest race items that we do not have in inventory. Making them is difficult because old portals are not compatible with portal instants that only work on the current chapter. I would like to change this to either eliminate the guest race items needed and substitute something else or make the portal instant usable on old portals if that is the only portal in the city.

In another suggestion thread that has already been archived, this was discussed. It has also been brought up on Beta. We have been told there that this has already been forwarded to the devs and they are looking into it. So hopefully some time between now and when the tournament changes hit Live, all those optional researches will be changed to needing different resources.

We will remove Guest Race Resources from the Squad Size Upgrade techs, so players who have skipped those can unlock them without having to rebuild settlements.
