Building Summons and Chapters

Do the benefits of the summon change with the progress we make in the chapters? Does it matter the timing of the placement as well? I have some summons from the Winter Event, but I don't want to place them if the benefits will be strictly from chapter III! Thanks.

No the event prize buildings are chapter specific, and do not gain when you move to the next chapter, even if they are still in storage they will reflect the stats from the chapter you were on when you gained them

They are working on a way to upgrade the event buildings, but it's slow going.

I hope so, I got an epic event building.. Seems less epic at chapter three, I guess...
