I'd like to be able to roatate oblong buildings, say a level 4 residence of 3x4, by 90 degrees, and I haven't been able to find a way. I'm using the web, not the Android app.

This is never going to happen. The buildings are 2d, and if we could rotate them the art would have to be redone. Rotating buildings would also take away part of the challenge of the game, which is finding places for all your buildings.

Plus, buildings change shape as you progress through the game.
