Cannot get back to Arendyll

I am a relatively new player and have built a city in Arendyll. By mistake I clicked play in a new world.

Now I cannot get back to my city in Arendyll..... even if I press that button when I log in.

What do I do?

HELP!

In the game world you can log into, right-click in the game and click on support. Once there open a ticket and support will be able to see what's going on with your account and help you get back to Arendyll.
