can't log in

i can't log in. I get messages saying they never heard of my email address or that there are several people using the same name for the game. i doubt that because it is my childhood nickname plus my maiden name. with either one it says it's the wrong password. BTW, they send me email at my email address. i can't change my passwordbecaseu it doesn't accept my other info.
Where should I go for help?

Are you logging into the US server? On the login page of the app there is a language drop-down that needs to be set to English(US) and on Browser, you want to make sure that the flag on the top bar is set to US.
