Cerberus training time not affected by Needles

I recently built the Needles of the Tempest and, while they're affecting the training time of all my barracks units, they're not affecting the training time of the only Training Grounds unit I have a use for. Is this normal or yet another bug? If it IS normal, then I think it's grossly unfair because all military buildings share the same training queue in the barracks and the description for the Needles of the Tempest says that it boosts the training speed of the barracks.

I have a level 6 Needles, and I can tell you that the timer in the bottom right of the barracks is in green, which means there is a bonus applied, however for the Merc Camp, and the Training Grounds, the timer is in normal colors. Thus no bonus from Needles.

I hadn't noticed this prior to your post, I just assumed that it applied to all military training buildings; and Felix Unger had warned us never to assume.....

It's the same for me: the timer is green for other units but not for the cerberi. I will submit a ticket to support since I don't think this is fair at all considering that all training shares the same training queue as the barracks, thus the Needles should speed up the training of all military units as well.

I happen to agree with you, especially when you take into consideration when I built my Needles, there was no training grounds, so my Cerberus troops received the training boost from Needles.

When you also consider that has you research more & more AW's you see that you can get ones that are focused on each unit type. So one can wonder IF there will be other AW's in the future Chapters that affect training speeds of the Merc Camp & Training Grounds.

I'm no computer code/programmer but logic would say it would be easier to add the other two buildings to the existing code, than to have to make 2 new AW's...

Its normal, not a bug. Flying academy will reduce speed of merc camp, nothing for training grounds yet.
Urk. I was afraid of this. I still think it's unfair to have so many different military buildings that share ONLY ONE training queue and now different AWs to speed up training in different buildings that actually train in ONLY ONE building. Will definitely get rid of the training grounds once I've upgraded my armories to orc levels and those will hopefully be enough to allow me to queue more troops for a longer period of time.
