You must be a mage or archmage in order to make changes to the fellowship overview (including flag).
If you are, click on the fellowship shield icon, then go to the overview tab, then click on "edit," then "edit banner." You can change the color of the icon and the background. I find it works best if both are changed to the path color to avoid confusion.

tyvm for the help. Can each team members have the same banner and Icon, but different color?
