I just unlocked the gate to chapter 15. Can I sell my portal etc?

Third quest from the end of the Constructs storyline quests is to sell the Core portal, netting you 200 diamonds. Everything else can be sold.

I still have a quest but with no way to complete it .

Once you fill and complete the first research in the next chapter, you can decline through any quests that you cannot complete until you get to the one to sell the portal.
