Unable to receive new messages in chat in the new world of Harandar, unless I refresh each time. Mailbox is fine.

I haven't experienced anything today. Is it the same in other browsers (even try running in a private instance of the same browser), and on mobile, and on mobile using mobile data instead of your house network ? If not it's probably a local issue.
