I just activated City Expansion 12. I went to purchase and place it, and it is not there.

I do not see a place to ask for help in the game. Does anyone know what happened? Or where can I ask them to fix it?

I recommend contacting support. Right click in game, click "Support", click "Contact us", fill out a support ticket, click "Create".

If you placed it, next click move it should be shown as available land , if not then yes create a ticket one of two ways the side gear menu and ? or you can just right click anyplace and it will show support in the flash menu .
