I havent had a problem till now but this is bs, I completed the research for a city expansion but I cant use it

Research Expansions require additional coins to place after you have paid to complete the research. If you do not have the required coins in your storage, you will have to wait until you accumulate enough to place them without using Diamonds. You can view the coin requirements for each expansion on the Elvenar Wiki by clicking here.

As @Huor mentioned, posting a screenshot of your expansions tab here would also be helpful.

If you still feel there's a problem, please contact support, we can look into your account and see what is going on.

Chapter 8 = orc strategist i.e specialist!
So skipping chapter 8 = no orc strategists.
You're also skipping orc production by skipping chapter 8, so even the caterers would be negatively affected.
Chapter 8 is like those contests that the participants have to take a dip in dung and eat worms to win the game ;)

Sorry, Dr. Toad. I know you were ready and willing to sign off on the appropriate paperwork, but she said no. Such high hopes too. We would never try to pull a quick one and line up a quack doctor to help us skip over the most tedious and horrible chapter. I mean, who else would be the foremost expert authority on the (in)appropriateness of working with fungi than a mushroom doctor! Just look how professional he looks with that white lab coat, briefcase, and stethoscope without an ear piece...
