Coldfire Phoenix bonus productions and cultural bonus

Is the Coldfire Phoenix gold and supplies bonus production supposed to be affected by cultural bonus? I only caught it for sure the last time I collected, but the number that appears above the Phoenix when clicked (and on hover) is not the same number that appears under my coin bar and gets added.

@MaidenFair Culture bonus will affect gold and supplies collected from magical buildings in addition to that collected from residences and workshops. This includes both evolving buildings and the kind of buildings you win as daily prizes in events. It does NOT affect ancient wonders such as Golden Abyss or Endless Excavation which produce gold or supplies.

Thanks, @Henroo! I couldn't find confirmation anywhere about the event/evolving buildings, so that's exactly what I needed to know.
