Current situation: If house is diconnected when picked up to move the pop up window will hover the space and block the view. The box will also block out any other game features such as the DONE bar, quest avatars, player avatars etc...

Reproduction Steps
1. __disconnect structure from road
2.bring cursor to pick up and grab--pop up will then appear __
3. __move structure- popup will remain in line of sight
