count downs on main screen ?

on my main screen just to the right and below the diamond count, I see 2 round shield things with count down timers. Also 0/0 on the shields.
What are these for?
what should I do about them?

I guess with only 21:00 hours on the bottom one, i will soon run out of time for something

On the PC it is a puzzle
On the mobile it is clearly an offer for diamonds
