i want to craft the 30 royal restoration and it needs spell fragments and 3 somethings that are a blue star in a square.
What are they and how do I obtain them?

It is possible to substitute diamonds for blueprints. However, before doing this I would use diamonds to upgrade the Magic Academy, get a 3rd builder, and at least 2 premium expansions. I feel these are all better uses of diamonds.
