What gets me now that I have my University is that the premium culture endless staircase produces no mana... Inno dropped the design ball.
Now if it produced mana it would sell a lot better.....

Is mouse over culture a dead issue or will it ever be implemented.

The funniest part is that the mouse over for a player in their own city provides that information. All the devs have to do is copy the code for a player in their own city popup into the player in someone else's city popup. It would literally take longer to locate the correct sections for copy/replace than it would do it. The fact that it has not been done yet mostly proves the devs want that confusion, uncertainty, and irritation in the game.

I know we mentioned that too. And with event building its sorely needed. I know the values of mazes, pond gardens etc, but event buildings are tied to the chapter you was in when you earned them...

I have done plenty of programming and plenty of reverse engineering. It actually takes more time to read this forum topic than it would to do the searches, copy, and paste that I described above. That is either proof that the devs views this game improvement as a detriment to their design or that they don't read the forum.

The last thing I heard on this from the devs was Timon saying "We have something much better coming" a few months ago.
