Pretty much my question is what the thread title is: When a province is rated as Very Hard, Hard, Medium, ect..., is that rating based solely on your respective squad size compared to the squad size of the province? Or does the game consider how tough your troops are? If you have a significant number of military AW buffs such as Santuary/Martial Monostary, Needles of Tempest, Hero's Forge ect... then that could make a big difference in combat. And it might make an even bigger difference if you have some of the temporary buffs active, such as feeding a Fire Phoenix, Unleashed Unit building, Dwarven Armorer and such.
