That "month or two" was just a wild guess. I don't remember exactly how long it takes, but it basically follows a pattern where if you don't buy anything, they'll offer you 40% bonus diamonds, and if you take it, they reset but if you ignore it, the 100% offer will probably come a few weeks later.

Not everyone gets them at the same time. Some people claim to never see them, while other people see them every couple of months, maybe even monthly. The last one I saw, and many other players saw, was around halfway through the Zodiac Event, so maybe a month ago? If you have only been playing for 37 days, then that one would have been too soon for you to have gotten it, as it seems to progress through stages of bonus percentage. You may see a 10% or 20% extra first, then 40%, then 60%, then 80%, and then finally the 100% extra sale. While it does not hold true for everyone, once you see that initial 100% extra sale, you will see it more often than the other possible sales, but it will take a while to get it.

If you do see a 100% jump on it. I've only seen one and I immedialtey "x'd" it out by accident and never saw another one. I even asked Supprt to let me have it back. No can do... I came short of begging.
I don't buy diamonds very often...maybe 20 bucks every 3 months or so and I've been playing for well over 2 years.

I hate to tell you this, but dismissing the pop-up for it does not make it actually go away. If you click on your diamonds and go to the store, the offer will still be there for the length of time listed.
