We have many baby dragons in the group, but we are active and participating. We hit 6 chests regularly in the tournament, with a goal to eventually be able to push occasionally for 10. In the last FA adventure, we came in 44th - pretty darn good for a FS ranked 191st. We help each other out, educating the new players on how to grow, and we do KP Swaps and Swarm. We're not usually a chatty bunch, but we do communicate things like "Trades up" "5 rewards left on Shrewdy Shrooms", or questions like "where do I get Orcs??"
In our Swarm, AW's between level 1-5 we do twice before moving onto the next player to help level the smaller players, and to more fairly distribute the effort.
Tournament participation requirements are based on your level - smallest is 250, up to a max of 2000. If you want to do more than 2000, that's fine - but 2000 is a 'fair share' for any high level player. It takes 40k points to achieve the 10th chest, so if 20 players get 2000 points, we'd achieve it.
