Easter event chest?

I have an hour or two to open one of these but can't figure out where to find it. It isn't done by visiting, by the current quest, or anything of which I can find. Maybe I'm just blind and I'm pretty sure I'm just missing something so somebody can help me out by pointing me in the right direction? ASAP?

Nevermind. It's one of the chests in the event box. I didn't want to open them until the thing I want came around so it's been a few days....silly me!
