That https address was what I used first. It took me to that message that @Deborah M got. Then I typed in manually www.elvengems.com and got the message that I screenshotted. (is that a word?)It looks like their default dns for www.elvengems.com points to the unsecured http site, but their domain without the "www" prefix goes to the secure https protocol. So just enter elvengems.com or https://elvengems.com. They just need to tweak their DNS to work with Cloudfare properly.
It's English, anything you want to be a word, can be, as long as it's understood. That https address was what I used first. It took me to that message that @Deborah M got. Then I typed in manually www.elvengems.com and got the message that I screenshotted. (is that a word?)
Looks like you’re right. The A record for elvengems.com in the DNS goes to 160.153.0.29 but for www.elvengems.com, it goes to 45.40.148.239. That means it’s pointing to different servers depending on if you use www or not. Given it works without the www, it seems like the one with www is misconfigured. Hence, access it without using the www until they fix the DNS.That https address was what I used first. It took me to that message that @Deborah M got.
