Exactly when does Mana decay occur?

I was wondering if anybody knew the precise time when mana decay triggers?

I know it's insane for this to be the only way, but AFAIK you must find a tech that costs mana and the info is there

Another way to check, I open my Main Hall to the upgrade tab since it requires mana to upgrade and hover over the mana required for next upgrade at the bottom. That gives me the same pop-up window as @SoggyShorts posted, showing the 'Next Decay in...'

Or just remember that it is always at 4am Eastern Time, then adjust for your time zone. This also does not change with Daylight Savings beginning or ending. I do not know if this time is only for US servers or if every server around the world decays at the same time.

Mana decay occurs at the same time as divine seed decay and sentient good decay.
The main hall tab of the main hall has the sentient decay time when hovering over any of the sentient goods.
