Why can't I buy premium expansion? I had enough diamonds, but I could not purchase.

Is it possible you are out? 87 Expansions is a lot with a score of 45,000. There are only 34 available to start with, and I think you might have used them all.

When you hover over the Premium expansions square you should see "Placeable Expansions."
