There are plenty of things that which are useless to others among us, yet somehow most of us manage to not state that as though it's a fact that anything we don't want is useless.

Never said it's useless.
But we are talking here about military buildings, not anything else.

It's a fact that attack boosting boosters for light melee and heavy melee have a much reduced impact than ranged attack buildings, and a single UUU would do more for light melee then a Light melee attack booster.
In fact placing 100 light melee attack boosters will have little effect while placing 4 UUU will have a mayer effect, only once you add UUU with Light melee will there be a possible benefit from such a building. the problem with these units especially light melee is that they are often dead before they reach the enemy, Only dogs have it better but they suffer from a slow initiative as. but those "could" benefit natively from an attack building.

If you add more buildings the result will me that more interesting buildings like UUU will be less frequent aviable.
There is only 1 building slot in the craft menu. the more recipes you add to the pool of that slot the less fequent each possible building will be aviable in that 1 slot.

Because "near useless" is semantically different from "useless"? Hardly significantly.
But we are talking here about military buildings, not anything else.
Military buildings don't have a dedicated queue. They are one of many tings in the building queue so it might lead to a five percent drop in the other military buildings, but a comensurate increase in total military buildings.

It's not a fact at all. We don't know what form those buildings might take. They might have a higher bonus to make them more interesting, they might have functions that aren't damage or hit point multipliers.

Again, more interesting to you, not necessarily more interesting to the rest of us.
